Propalt is a UK property data company. We aggregate, normalise, and serve property data from eight official UK sources through a single developer-first API.
Why we built Propalt AI
Propalt started life at propalt.co.uk as a platform for UK estate agents — landlord intelligence, valuation leads, hyper-local market reporting. We built it because the existing tools were either generic CRMs that didn't understand property, or one-off data feeds with stale schemas and high friction.
As we worked on those tools, we noticed something: every team building anything serious on UK property data was solving the same problem we'd already solved. They were stitching together Land Registry downloads, Royal Mail PAF extracts, EPC bulk files, and Companies House lookups by hand. Maintaining the pipeline was eating half their engineering team.
Propalt AI is that pipeline, productised. Eight sources. One schema. One key. Native MCP. Built for the developers, AI teams, and proptech platforms that need UK property data the same way Stripe makes payments boring or Twilio makes messaging boring — just an HTTP call.
